2.Service Availability: Maxnet Digital Pvt Ltd provides internet services as per the agreed terms. While we strive for consistent service delivery, we are not liable for interruptions caused by external factors such as weather conditions, third-party issues, or government actions.

3.Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and complete information when setting up an account. Failure to do so may result in service termination.

4.Equipment: Any Maxnet Digital Pvt Ltd-installed equipment provided to the user must be returned in working condition upon service termination to qualify for a refund, if applicable. Damage or loss of equipment may result in additional charges.

5.Liability: Maxnet Digital Pvt Ltd is not responsible for losses incurred due to service interruptions beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

6.Termination of Service: Maxnet Digital Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service. Users may also terminate the service by providing prior notice as per the agreed terms.

7.Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Maxnet Digital Pvt Ltd services remain the property of Maxnet Digital Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8.Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

9.Limitation of Liability: Maxnet Digital Pvt Ltd's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from service use or inability to use the service.
